Science fair -Native Ice Cellar-
This time of the year, many of you think about science fair project. Last several years, I love to watch for their projects, especially permafrost related topics… I would like to introduce several project past years. This is excellent idea!! Student was from Kaktovik. She was worried about warming temperature in the ice cellar which traditional meat storage in the permafrost.
Her project tittle “The Possible Impact of Rising Temperatures on Food Storage in Sigluaqs (Ice Cellars)” tells very hot and important topics. and excellent approaching to reach conclusions!!
I will talk about frost tube poster tomorrow!
